Enroll by December 15 for coverage starting January 1. Enroll December 16 – January 15 for coverage starting February 1. Missed it? A life event (move, marriage, new baby, loss of job coverage) may open a Special Enrollment Period.
Many people qualify for a premium tax credit based on household size and expected income. Answer a few questions and we will estimate your savings.
Yes. A Special Enrollment Period lets you sign up when life changes. Common reasons include: losing job-based or other health coverage; moving to a new ZIP code or county; getting married or divorced; having or adopting a baby; turning 26 and aging off a parent's plan; a change in household income that affects your savings. You usually have 60 days from the event to enroll. Lower-income households may qualify to enroll any month, and Medicaid and CHIP enrollment is open year-round. Not sure if you qualify? Book a free review or call (407) 738-7479.
Every Marketplace plan includes the essential health benefits, so the basics are covered no matter which plan you choose:
Primary care and specialist appointments
Inpatient care, surgery, and emergency services
Each plan has a drug list (formulary)
Counseling, therapy, and substance use treatment
Before, during, and after birth
Many screenings, recommended vaccines, and your annual checkup are covered without a copay when you use in-network providers
The metal levels are about how you and your plan share costs, not the quality of care.
Lowest monthly premium, highest costs when you get care. Good if you rarely see a doctor.
A middle ground. If your income qualifies, Silver plans can include extra cost-sharing reductions that lower your deductible and copays.
Higher premium, lower costs when you get care. Good if you see doctors often.
Highest premium, lowest out-of-pocket costs (not offered in every area).
We'll help you weigh what you'd pay each month against what you might pay when you need care.
We look at your household and income to see what savings you may qualify for.
Pick the balance of premium and out-of-pocket costs that fits you.
We help you complete your Marketplace application, start to finish.
We check that your doctors and prescriptions are included before you decide.
We stay available for questions all year long.
It depends on your income, household size, age, county, and the plan you choose. Many people qualify for tax credits that lower their monthly premium. We'll show you your actual options before you commit to anything.
Often, yes. Each plan has its own provider network, so we check your doctors and hospitals against each plan before you enroll.
Yes, you can enroll your spouse and dependents on one plan, and children can stay on a parent's plan until age 26. Some children may qualify for Florida KidCare (CHIP) instead.
People and small business owners buying their own coverage
Who aren't on Medicare yet
Looking for affordable coverage for everyone
Who lost employer coverage
And contractors without workplace benefits
